In a near-future city, a biotech experiment goes horribly wrong, releasing a deadly virus that turns infected individuals into bloodthirsty vampires. The outbreak spreads rapidly, plunging the world into chaos.
Dr. Evelyn Carter, a virologist, races against time to find a cure while evading the infected. She joins forces with Daniel, an ex-soldier searching for his missing sister, and a small group of survivors hiding in an abandoned hospital. As the virus evolves, the infected become smarter and more organized, hunting survivors with terrifying precision.
The group discovers that the virus originated from a secret government project designed to create super soldiers. The key to a cure lies in the blood of the first patient—now the monstrous leader of the vampire horde. Infiltrating the quarantined city center, they confront the creature, barely managing to extract a sample. However, Daniel sacrifices himself to ensure Evelyn escapes.
Evelyn synthesizes the cure, but only a limited supply is available. The film ends with her setting out to distribute it, knowing that not everyone can be saved. As the sun rises, the battle for survival continues.
